As we expand our operations, we seek a dedicated and talented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.

Job Description: You will assist our sales team and be our customer's intregal point of contact, providing exceptional assistance and support. You will handle various inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication channels. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a problem-solving mindset, and working effectively with the sales team.  To clarify, this is not a remote position. Office hours are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels (in person, phone, email, live chat, with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy)
  • Follow up on estimates, orders on hold, and expedite any orders that have stalled in the workflow
  • Provide product information, technical support, and troubleshooting assistance
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services, policies, and procedures to deliver accurate information to customers
  • Manage and update customer accounts, records, and interactions in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related role (remote customer service experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think quickly on your feet
  • Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle difficult or upset customers with professionalism
  • Familiarity with customer service software, CRM systems, and help desk tools
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Tech-savvy, strong skill set in Microsoft products? 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
